CONTRACT and BILL OF SALE
Our contract serves as an agreement to protect everyone's interests, including the Baby, and explains our policies, Health Guarantee requirements, and serves as your Bill of Sale for your records. For your convenience, and to help things go smoothly on Go Home Day, you can now fill out the Contract Request Form below to receive and sign your contract digitally prior to Baby going home. Complete the request below and we will email you a link to view and complete your contract through EverSign.

~ No Baby will leave our nest without a signed contract. Period. ~
If you are currently getting on the Reserve List for a baby, we now offer our Contract Request and digital version of our Contract online for your convenience and to save you time on Pickup Day. All fields are required. Be thorough and check for errors prior to submitting!
You will receive a link from EverSign on our behalf, with our contract by email within 1-2 days* of completing the form below. Fill out the highlighted areas and sign the contract at your convenience.
Print a copy of the contract for your records if you like, and to serve as your receipt for your Reserve Deposit. Be as prompt as possible signing the contract, as no Baby will leave our nest without a signed contract on file! Should you have questions about our Contract Agreement, or disagree with any portion of it, please contact us PRIOR to completing the forms. Contract is binding once received. Thank you!

*Please Note: E-Signing of the contract does NOT automatically place you on the Reserve List if we have no deposit on file for you. We will, however, contact you about placing a Reserve Deposit to get you on the Reserve Lists. Please Note! Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE but MAY be transferable. Both Contract and Deposit must be completed to be placed on the Reserve Lists.

Important Information
This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Seller and Buyer have made no other agreements, promises, representations or warranties, express or implied, unless specifically stated in this Agreement. Clicking Submit date stamps this Agreement and applies as "Date Signed" between parties.
The online request of this Agreement is offered as a convenience to the Buyer, and to save time on Pickup Day. In the event it is felt that the Buyer has not read, fully understands, or comprehends this Agreement, Seller may request additional information or contact. Failure to complete, sign, and return this Agreement will void any contract between parties, and nullify the sale of the Bird.

On pickup Day, you will still sign our Health Guarantee, and a short form acknowledging that you have received the bird into your possession. Should you have any questions about this Agreement, please contact us PRIOR to filling out and returning the form.
