By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Applicability: These terms specifically apply to live bird orders, including deposits and full purchases.

• Estimated Delivery: Due to factors beyond our control, such as the time required for birds to wean or unforeseen external events, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Birds must reach at least 8 weeks of age before they can legally be transferred. The timing also depends on the bird's individual weaning progress, which may vary and is not something we can expedite.

• Non-Refundable Upon Shipping: If your bird is shipped and delivered via USPS Live Priority (with a provided tracking number), you waive the right to request any refund, including through chargebacks, website claims, or banking disputes. Attempting to reverse payment after receiving the bird constitutes fraud and will result in legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, recovery of the bird and payment of legal fees. Fraudulent claims harm small businesses—please conduct your transaction with integrity.
