Fife fancy canary is very lively,sweet and a great choice for the beginner. This delightful little bird is quite hardy and very easy to keep.They are not prone to disease, come in all the canary colors, and the male has a wonderful pleasant song.
A Fife canary makes an excellent pet and is well-liked by its owners. They are little birds that may be kept in cages and are amiable. They do, however, require a lot of area to fly around, so get a large cage or aviary. Another reason people keep this bird as a pet is because of its amazing singing ability.
Our beautiful Fife Fancy Canaries come in a wide range of colors and patterns and will fill your home with cheerful songs. All canary babies are DNA sexed and banded for identification. We do not hand feed canary babies, because we believe their parents do it best! We do handle babies daily to keep them friendly and human social. :)
Females are known for their quiet cheerful chirps, and males are known for their beautiful melodic songs. As males are often the highly saught out gender, there is a slight price difference to help ensure that our pretty ladies get homes too! :)
*Please Note on Deposits: Placing a Deposit does not immediately grant you a baby. Placing a deposit, along with filling out the Contract Request, reserves your place and date on the Reserve Lists. Babies are presented to families as they are available, in order of the date reserves are placed. Please also note that the photos shown are as a representation of the varieties we often have available, and do not reflect the ACTUAL baby you may pick!
Our babies are in high demand, and we breed only a limited number of birds at a time. As such, in the interest of being fair, we have a Reserve List system. Simply put, Babies are First-Come, First-Serve. We cannot hold a baby for any period of time without a deposit.
Your Reserve Deposit covers Baby's DNA sexing, ensures that Baby has a home waiting for them, and reserves the Baby until weaned. The remainder of Baby's fee is due upon pickup.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold babies until weaned. For species with multiple prices, this equates to 50% of the LOWEST price at the time of deposit. Should the baby chosen be of a higher dollar value, the difference will be paid at pick up. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable.
