Place your deposit on a future baby Plum Headed Parrot or purchase an available baby. Financing is available through Affirm. Be sure to fill out the Contract Request and notify us once you have paid your deposit to be added to the reserve lists. Please note: If you are purchasing an already available bird and using Affirm to finance, the bird will be available for in-person visitation but will not go home until all payments are satisfied.
Deposits: Placing a deposit does not immediately guarantee a baby. It reserves your place and date on the reserve lists. Babies are presented to families as they become available, in order of the date reserves are placed. Please note that the photo is a representation and does not reflect the actual baby you may pick.
 
Our babies are in high demand, and we breed only a limited number of birds at a time. As such, we use a reserve list system to be fair. Babies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot hold a baby without a deposit.
 
Your reserve deposit covers the baby’s DNA sexing, ensures the baby has a home waiting for them, and reserves the baby until weaned. The remainder of the baby’s fee is due upon pickup.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold babies until weaned. For species with multiple prices, this equates to 50% of the lowest price at the time of deposit. Should the chosen baby be of a higher dollar value, the difference will be paid at pick up. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable.
