Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

In-Store Pickup

 

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Delivery

​

Delivery is available to all states within the United States. Delivery times are based on proximity to Illinois. Expect a transit time between 2-4 days after your package ships, or a maximum of 2 days if frozen. Alaska and Hawaii have extended delivery times, and we will update you with the details if you place an order in those states.

 

All delivery times given for orders are given in good faith but are estimates only, provided by the carrier we have chosen for your order. Carriers will typically be USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Your tracking number will include the carrier details and estimated delivery date and/or time.

Shipping Information

​

Please note that shipping prices vary by state and product category. Our shipping costs are as follows:

  • Regular Products: We offer very low flat rates for shipping regular items, ranging from $1.36 to $9.16. Typically, shipping takes only a few days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your proximity to Illinois. The average shipping cost for regular products is $3.69.

  • Frozen Products: Due to the need for specialized shipping containers and insulation, and a required delivery time of no more than 2 days after shipment, the shipping costs for frozen products range from $5.32 to $72.00, with an average cost of $22.95.

  • Birds: All bird shipments are sent at a flat rate of $89.99 across all contiguous states using USPS Live Priority. For Alaska and Hawaii, the cost is $199.99, reflecting the extended range necessary for delivery.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

 

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each month on the day you selected in your account. Subscriptions last until canceled. To cancel a subscription, navigate to the subscriptions page in your user account.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

Orders only ship on Business Days: Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Orders placed after closing will not be handled until the following Business Day.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
